Description
Pope Innocent IV indulges to the bishop and chapter of Glasgow that they may not be compelled to receive anything concerning the provision of the canons or of another with regard to pensions or prebends, whether dignities or other ecclesiastical benefices by the authority of the apostolic see or of his legates without making mention of this special mandate.
