Description
Pope Innocent [IV] indulges to the bishop and chapter of Moray that since the church of Moray is burdened by the apostolic see in respect of the reception and provision of clergy, they shall not be forced to receive or provide for clergy by letters of the apostolic see or of its legates without the mandate making full and express mention of this indulgence and the church of Moray.
