Pope Honorius III notifies the bishop of St Andrews and all the other bishops of Scotland that he has, on the petition of Philip, king of France, as transmitted by L[ouis], his eldest son, absolved Master Robert de St Germain, clerk, who had been excommunicated for the crime of rebellion.
