Description
Walter Stewart, earl of Menteith, has given, granted, and established by his present charter, to Kilwinning Abbey in Cunningham the church of ‘Kylmachornat’ in Knapdale (Keills, ARG), with the chapels of St Mary in ‘Cuapro’ (Kilmory, ARG?) and St Michael in ‘Inwerlaxo’ (Kilmichael of Inverlussa, ARG), and with three pennylands in ‘Riventos’ (ARG) annexed to the said church, and with all other kinds of easements pertaining to the said church with its chapels, in pure and perpetual alms, for the welfare of his soul and that of Lady Mary his late wife, countess of Menteith.
