Description
William, earl of Mar, has given, granted and by his charter established to Sir Gilbert de Haya for his homage and service his whole land of Dronley (ANG), without any reservation, as much in free service as in lordship, save the holding of Sir Robert Le Horne, in feu and heritage, by its right bounds, with all just pertinents, making the tenth part of the service of a knight, Gilbert and his heirs, to Earl William and his heirs, and forinsec service of the lord king in the Scottish army (in exercitu Scoticano) as pertains to that land, for all service and exaction and demand.
