Description
Pope Innocent IV commands the abbot of Dunfermline not to give pontifical benediction in the mass according to the custom of Scotland and elsewhere to the people, when a bishop is present, or to give the two minor orders to persons not of his jurisdiction; notwithstanding the indult which he claims to have received.
