Description
Pope Honorius [III] establishes to the abbot and convent of Holyrood of Edinburgh, with the consent of the bishop of the diocese and the patrons, the church of [Great] Paxton (Huntingdon) with its chapels; and the indulgence for the abbot and convent to establish two of their brethren in the church, one of whom shall be presented to the bishop that he may receive from him the cure of souls, and be bound to answer to the bishop for spiritual dues and to the abbot and convent for temporalities, unless the approved custom of the place is opposed there.
