Pope Alexander IV commands the prior of the Friars Preachers, Glasgow, on petition of the bishop of Glasgow, to grant a dispensation to him, who is now unable from age and infirmity always to abstain from flesh meat; and to commute his voluntary vow to that effect into alms or other works of mercy.
