Description
Pope Alexander IV grants an indulgence to the prior and chapter of St Andrews that no prejudice shall arise to them or their church from their having, at the request of the king and of Master Gamelin, bishop-elect, admitted under protest two of the céli De of St Mary’s Kilrymont (FIF), of the city of St Andrews, [to take part] in the election of the late David, bishop of St Andrews.
