Pope Urban IV writes to the patriarchs, archbishops, bishops and elects, abbots, priors, chapters and colleges of St Benedict or any other order, also to deans, archdeacons etc., that they may support the bishop of St Andrews, to whom he committed certain business of the Holy Land in the kingdom of Scotland.
