Description
Pope Urban IV commands the bishop of St Andrews, to collect a yearly hundredth of all church revenues in Scotland for five years for the Holy Land, giving him full powers and faculties to carry out this order, and by preaching indulgences and dispensations to induce and incite, or by censures to compel, all men to assist in the crusade, any papal indult to the contrary notwithstanding. Similar to England, Wales, Europe.
