Description
Pope Urban IV commands Master Leonard, precentor of Messina, papal chaplain, to warn and induce the bishop of Glasgow, under pain of public excommunication, to pay within fifteen days 200 marks, the balance of a sum of 800 marks, of which 600 has been paid by him to Pope Alexander, any papal indult to the contrary notwithstanding.
