Description
Hugh de Balliol has given, granted, and by his charter established, to Kelso Abbey a fishery in the Tweed which pertains to Woodhorn and is called Woodhornstell, in perpetual alms, for the health of the soul of Bernard de Balliol, who bestowed this fishery to them; to hold in pure and perpetual alms. He warrants the same against all men.
