Description
Walter son of Robert Purroc of Ayton has given, granted and made firm by his present charter to his lords the prior and convent of Coldingham 1 oxgang of land in the plain of Ayton containing therein 13 acres of land, to wit, that oxgang that Berneger once held at ferme of Robert Purroc; to have and to hold of him and his heirs for ever just as his antecessors held or possessed the said oxgang; Walter and his heirs shall warrant the land against all men and women.
