Description
Act of commissary of the bishop of Caithness in the church of St James of Roxburgh on Saturday after the Feast of the Ascension, 1284, [20 May], the commissary being the prior of Kelso, in a dispute between the prior and convent of Coldingham and the mayor and body corporate (uniuersitas) of South Berwick. Calls the parties to meet again on the Monday next after the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist on the same cause.
