Description
Richard Baird has given, granted and established by this his present charter, to Lesmahagow Priory, all that land called Little Kype (LAN), with the consent of his lord, Robert son of Waltheof (of Biggar), by the same bounds by which the said monks held and possessed it of his father Richard Bard, by stated bounds, in free, pure and perpetual alms, free from all service and exaction.
