Description
King William to Richard, bishop of Moray; has given that he may build a mill; and he has granted that he and his men may have timber and fuel from their woods in Moray in forests around Elgin (MOR), Forres (MOR) and Inverness (INV), saving easements of king's burgesses these burghs; prohibits anyone inflicting injury on pain of his full forfeiture.
