Description
Simon Fraser has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Kelso Abbey, the church of Keith (Humbie, ELO), with all that land and wood, by the stated bounds, near the house of Robert Coth, in free and perpetual alms. Additionally, the monks and their men are to be free and quit from multure, parish teinds and from the duty to work at the mill and mill pool.
