Document 4/4/19 (A.B. Coll., 338-40)

Description
An agreement is formed between P[eter], bishop of Aberdeen, and Arbroath Abbey, over the bounds of the bishop’s land of Tillygreig (Udny ph., ABD) and the abbey’s lands of ‘Dessuenenin’ (ABD) and Affleck (Udny ph., ABD). They decided on the bishops of Moray, Ross and Caithness as arbiters to hear the case concerning the boundaries, which was to be terminated before Pentecost 1255.
