Description
Agreement made between (i) Andrew, bishop of Moray, and (ii) Gilbert Durward, over the teinds of cain customarily paid to the king from the land of Stratherrick (INV) and over the half davoch of land called Boleskine (INV). Gilbert has quitclaimed in perpetuity to the bishop the whole half davoch of land called Boleskine in pure and perpetual alms, saving the forinsec service of the king pertaining to the said land. The bishop, with the advice and consent of his chapter, has quitclaimed in perpetuity the teinds of the king's cain, which were usually paid before the infeftment of Gilbert.
