Agreement between (i) Andrew, bishop of Moray, and (ii) Simon of Ogston, over ten acres of land in Ogston (MOR), with the consent of Hugh the dean, and the chapter of the Holy Trinity of Elgin; Simon has conferred in perpetuity, in pure and perpetual alms, five acres of land in the villa of Ogston to the chapel of Ogston.
