Description
Henry of Ashkirk has given, granted and established by this his present charter to Coldstream Priory and the nuns there the land called Bellendean (ROX), with all its just pertinents, as well as the land called Tod Rig (SLK), with all its just pertinents, in free, pure and perpetual alms. Henry subjects himself to the jurisdiction of the archdeacon of Teviotdale and the dean of the same place.
