Description
Almer Scot of Mow and Christina, his wife, daughter of Isolda, daughter of Anselm of Mow, have granted and by this their charter established to Kelso Abbey one oxgang of land in the territory of Mow (ROX), namely, from the land which Alexander son of William son of Edgar and Isolda, his wife, daughter of Anselm of Mow, held from Richard of Lincoln conferred to the monks, namely the oxgang of land near the land which Henry the Fat held from Richard Scot. It is to be held in free, pure and perpetual alms with every facility as contained in the charter of Alexander and Isolda.
