Morgan MacNab (filius Abbe) has given, granted, and established by this his charter, to Michael his son, one davoch of his land of Cairncross (ANG), by its right bounds, between the Water of Tarf and the Burn of Terret, in feu and heritage, for an annual rent of one pair of iron spurs at Pentecost, for all service and custom and secular exaction, except the forinsec service of the lord king.
