Description
Hugh Blund, lord of Arbuthnott, has given, granted, and by this his present charter established, to Arbroath Abbey, in pure and perpetual alms, one oxgang of land in which is located the church of Garvock (KCD), with the right of patronage and with common pasture for 100 sheep, 4 horses, 10 oxen, 20 cows and one bull, with his men staying on the land of Garvock. Hugh will make suit for the expenses against the confirmation of Robert de Ros and will also respond for all other secular demands pertaining to the said land.
