Description
John Gaillard has bound himself, his heirs and his land of Keith ‘Sywin’ (Humbie ph., ELO), towards the abbot and convent of Dunfermline, to maintain the abbot and convent and their successors immune and uninjured in return for the land of Keith ‘Sywin’; towards William of Morton and his heirs; and towards all men of the said land moving actions, causes and plaints.
