Geoffrey de Percy, for the salvation of his soul and the soul of King David and his son, Henry, and his ancestors and successors, has given and granted one ploughgate of land in Heiton (ROX) of about 108 acres, near the land of the hospital of Roxburgh, free and quit from every service, intrinsec and forinsec, with every easement of the same villa, in perpetual alms.
