Description
Thomas of Lundie, doorward of the lord king of Scotland, has given, granted and quitclaimed, and established by this his charter, to Arbroath Abbey, all the wood of Trustach between the River Dee and the Burn of Canny (KCD), by stated bounds, in free, pure and perpetual alms. He has also granted to the said monks and to their men staying on their land of Banchory (KCD), common pasture on his land until ‘Loucherkarh’ with their animals, outwith the forest of the lord king.
