Description
Roger of Berkeley has given, granted and established by this his present charter to Lindores Abbey for the welfare of his soul, and that of Margaret his wife, one oxgang of land in his manor of Forgandenny (PER), namely, that which he had from his part of the land that was in dispute between Forgandenny and Exmagirdle for 9 acres, and 4 acres that lie nearest to those towards the north, in pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all service, custom and secular exaction.
