Description
William of ‘Galliston’ has resigned and quitclaimed to Sir John de Haye, knight, lord of Balcomie, before the baronies of Crail, Kippo, Airdrie and Carnbee, by rod and staff, over the soil of Drumrack (FIF), all his land of Drumrack which belonged to the late Walter le messager (Messenger), with all its pertinents, liberties and easements, for the infeftment of Adam the steward and his heirs or assignees on that land. He has resigned and quitclaimed that neither himself nor his heirs shall have any right or claim on that land.
