Description
Bernard Fraser has granted and by this his charter established to Newbattle Abbey the donation of land which Ness son of Ness donated to them and by his charter established next to Prora, as well as that half ploughgate of land which Ness of London his brother donated to them in the feu of Fortune (ELO), by its right bounds, as it was perambulated in the presence of responsible men, and as contained in the charter of both Nesses, and as quietly as they held it on the day when his brother Ness of London died.
