Description
Peter of Graham has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Soutra Hospital, three oxgangs of arable land in the territory of Elphinstone (ELO), that is, namely, the toft and croft that was Michael’s, the toft and croft that was Walter Sevi’s (the greasy?), the toft and croft that was Essok the widow’s, and all the lands of ‘Stanilandis’, ‘Buttes’, ‘Wethlandis’, and all the land in the eastern part of ‘Weteslade’, by their right bounds, with common pasture and easements.
