Description
King Edward declares that King Alexander [III] came before him at Tewkesbury the previous Sunday (16 Oct.) and offered to do him homage, but as King Edward did not have his council with him, he prorogued the day for doing homage to London; this should not be to the prejudice of King Alexander or his heirs.
