Description
Ralph Messenger, son of Alan Granger of Coldingham, has granted, given, and made firm by this his present charter to Coldingham Priory in pure and perpetual alms 16 acres of arable land in the territory of Coldingham, and a third of a toft and croft which once belonged to David of Quixwood and which Adam of Edington gave and made firm with his charter to Ralph.
