Adam, called Wiseman, of Coldingham, has quitclaimed his whole right in the whole land and messuages, the whole croft that lies between the house of Henry Hatenedel, and the house of Margaret Duncan, and the pits that Roger Howel, his father, and Matthew of Spitel once held of the almshouse, to the almshouse of Coldingham in perpetuity.
