Description
Emma daughter of the late Robert Byboyis, has given, granted and quitclaimed to Sir Nicholas de la Haye, lord of Erroll, her whole part (of land) with pertinents falling hereditarily on her, or which she wishes to fall to her, all the land of ‘Monyecky’ (?ANG, possibly Monikie) in posterity, for her subsidy and honest support in her great need, having and holding from the lord king of Scotland, just as she and her ancestors held it.
