Description
William of Fenton, knight, has given, granted and by this his present charter established, to Sir Nicholas de la Haye, lord of Errol, two tofts and two acres of land with fishery, a net on the Tay, at Inchyra (PER), which the late John of Inchyra gave to the late Sir John of Fenton his father. He also has given and granted and by this his present charter established to Sir Nicholas de la Haye, lord of Errol, the 22s. annually in pennies that he and his father were accustomed to receive and owed from the late John of Inchyra and his heirs in the land of Gallowflat (PER), with all just pertinents and easements.
