Description
John of Inchyra has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Sir Gilbert de Hay and his heirs or assignees, all his right and lordship that he had or might have had in all the land of ‘Rosinclerach’ (Rossie Priory, PER), with all its pertinents, e.g., renders, homages, wards, reliefs, escheats and in all other liberties, for an annual render of one pound of cumin or 2d. on the Assumption of the BVM, for all service, custom, exaction and demand, and for all aids pertaining to John and his heirs.
