Description
Robert Griffin and Mabilia his wife have granted and by this their charter established, to Lindores Abbey, that oxgang of land in Newtyle (ANG) that William Wascelin gave them, and by his charter established, in pure and perpetual alms. They have also given the monks one toft in their villa of Newtyle (ANG) and one acre of land in augmentation beneath the aforesaid oxgang. They have also granted that they and their men, who will be holding the aforesaid land from the monks, will be quit from multure and work on the mill, and all other customs, services and secular exactions.
