Description
Malcolm of Kilspindie, son and heir of Ralph of Kilspindie, has given, granted, and by this his present charter established, to Sir Nicholas de Haye, knight, lord of Errol, all his land of Kilspindie, with all pertinents, rights, liberties and easements, having and holding of his lord in chief Sir William Fraser, bishop of St Andrews, and his successors, doing forinsec service and all other services owed, for an annual render by Sir Nicholas to the lord bishop of 15s. for all other services.
