Description
William of Kinmonth, son and heir of Agnes, daughter of the late William of Kettlestoun, in good sanity and good memory, has granted, resigned and quitclaimed in perpetuity, all the land of ‘Badindath’ (prob. Bandeath, STL), with all its rights, liberties and pertinents, to Cambuskenneth Abbey, true lords of the said land of ‘Badindath’, and all right and claim which he and his heirs had or might have had or may have in the future, in 8 marks that the religious men were accustomed to receive, which land his grandfather William held of Cambuskenneth.
