Description
Andrew son of Michael of Kirkconnell, by the will of Cecilia his wife, for a certain sum of money, has given to Holm Cultram Abbey all a ploughed land in the territory of Kirkconnell (KCB) called ‘Mustard Garth’ with all its pertinents, and as much as the monks can reclaim towards the sea, with rights of way for carts, etc. and pasture for one horse and one cow, with one stirk and one bullock.
