Description
Prior Bertram and the Convent of Durham, have given, granted, and made firm by this present charter to the sacristy of Coldingham 1 ploughgate of land with pertinents in Little Reston, viz. that which once belonged to Bertram of Reston; to the same sacrity and the sacristan of Coldingham, to have and to hold of the prior and convent of Durham and their successors in free and perpertual alms with all liberties, etc., with 3 marks to be rendered yearly thereupon to them and their successors at the feast of St Michael, and performing forinsec service, and all other services and customs that pertain to that land.
