Description
Geoffrey de Percy has granted to Whitby Abbey two ploughgates of land, which Sir Alan, his brother, has given in his lifetime (i.e., while he was alive) for the redemption of his soul and those of his forebears, free and quit, without any service, namely, one in Oxnam (ROX), and the other in Heiton (ROX), in perpetuity.
