Description
The provosts and burgesses of Berwick state that the widowed daughter of Richard son of Daniel, in their presence and full court, has remitted and quitclaimed, on behalf of her and her heirs in perpetuity, all claim and all right which she said she has against the monks of Melrose in relation to the houses and land which they hold above Ness in the villa of Berwick (BWK).
