Description
Thomas Noble, son of Sir Ralph Noble, of his own will, and with the goodwill of his father Sir Ralph, and of Ralph his brother, and of his other friends, has granted, and by this his present charter established, to Sir David of Graham and Agnes his spouse, and their heirs or assignees, that they may, if they wish, hold lands with pertinents which they hold of him by hereditary right in Illieston (WLO), if it is seen to be convenient for their work, from Sir Humphrey de Bohun, earl of Hereford, without any contradiction from himself or his heirs.
