Description
Nicholas de Haye, lord of Erroll, has given, granted and by this his present charter established, to Coupar Angus Abbey, in pure and perpetual alms, that oxgang of land in the Carse (PER) that they have by gift of Roger son of Baudric, with an annual render that the monks were wont to receive from him from that land, free and quit from all service, exaction and secular demand. He also grants them and establishes that they shall hold those lands that they have in his holding of Errol (PER) freely and quietly.
