Description
William de Lizars has granted and by this his charter established to Thomas son of William of Melville and Christina his spouse and their heirs that donation which Gregory de Lizars made, namely, of six acres of land of the land of the Temple, which he held in the feu of Gorton (MLO), i.e, two acres next to his house on the east, and four acres in the field next to the path which leads from Dalhousie (MLO) to Gorton, for an annual render of 6d. on Michaelmas. He wills and grants that Thomas shall have pasture for four oxen, four cows, 30 sheep, four sows and one horse as contained in the charter which Gregory gave to Thomas and Christiana his spouse, Gregory’s sister.
