Description
David son of Arnold of Quixwood has given to Adam his brother one toft with a house situated in the toft itself and with a croft belonging to the house, and 7 acres of land in the plain of Oldcambus, with common pasture and with all easements that pertain to such land, to be held by Adam and his heirs of David and his heirs for ever, free and quit from all service, custom and aid, saving the king's forinsec service, with two pairs of spurs or two pennies to be rendered to David at Pentecost; Adam shall give 6d. for his forfeit, and for merchet 6d., to David.
