Description
Angus son of Duncan son of Fearchar has inspected the charter of Duncan his father and Lagmann, his nepos, signed with their seals, [and found] nothing erased or damaged, quoted in full (see 3/333/1). Angus ratifies this donation and grant, and he grants and by this his charter establishes the foregoing to Paisley Abbey, excepting that which belongs to Lagmann or his heirs, in pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all secular service, exaction and demand. The seals of Sir Laurence, bishop of Argyll, Master Walter de Mortimer, dean of Glasgow, and Sir Robert, treasurer of Glasgow, have been appended.
